How P-LAH works

Whether you are looking for an opportunity or looking for people, P-LAH makes the process simple.

For Individuals

1. Create your account
Register, verify your email and complete your profile.

2. Submit your profile for approval
Once your profile is ready, submit it to P-LAH for review.

3. Find opportunities
Browse volunteer opportunities, internships and jobs, or view opportunities recommended for you.

4. Apply
Choose an opportunity and submit your application. For jobs, your CV link is required.

5. Interview and get selected
The organisation reviews applications and may invite you for an interview before making its decision.

6. Complete your opportunity
For volunteer opportunities, completion and volunteer hours are confirmed when the engagement ends.

7. Rate your experience and build your Impact Record
You and the organisation can rate each other. Eligible completed volunteering can also contribute to your P-LAH certificate and Impact Record.

For Organisations

1. Register your organisation
Create an organisation account, verify your email and complete the organisation profile.

2. Get approved by P-LAH
Submit your organisation for review before posting opportunities.

3. Post an opportunity
Create volunteer, internship or job opportunities and provide the requirements.

4. Find suitable people
Review applicants and use P-LAH's recommended candidate matching to discover suitable members.

5. Interview and select
Schedule interviews where needed and manage your selection process through P-LAH.

6. Confirm completion
For completed volunteer opportunities, confirm the member's completion and relevant volunteer hours.

7. Rate and record impact
Rate the member and build your organisation's P-LAH Impact Record.
